Goodbye Summer...Hello Fall...

The first weekend of Fall was spent with my lovely nieces! It was a treat to spend some time with them, their first overnight with Auntie Jaimie and Uncle Roman :)

We visited the farm, rode horses, went pumpkin picking, rode on the carousel, carved our pumpkin, and visited the park. We are all looking forward to the time the girls sleepover...

A Good Start To Summer 2010...

This Spring and Early Summer has already been great! With unseasonably high temperatures, we have been able to get out on the bikes and enjoy the coastline, as well as our favorite place to hang out (Angelico's Lakehouse)! We have taken some hikes, and left dust clouds on our motorcycles. If this weather is any indication, we are going to have a wonderful Summer! This June, we are celebrating our first year of marriage. We spent the past weekend down at Water's Edge Resort and Spa to rekindle the memories of our special day. When we sat down to eat, next to the beautiful oceanside terrace, they played our wedding song (out of coincidence)! we thought that was amusing!

South Beach Vacation March 2010

This years vacation to South Beach was much anticipated and could not come quickly enough! We visit Florida usually every year, and South Beach is our favorite spot to have fun. We take a few days in order to drive down, but it is worth the drive! We love everything that South Beach has to offer, especially the beautiful scenery, the cuban cuisine, the shopping, and the nightlife!

Fire Department Events Spring 2010

Volunteering for the Fire Department gives us many opportunities to get out into the community and serve them in more ways than just providing help in an emergency! This Spring we held our first annual pasta supper to benefit the company. It was fun to see it all come together and get a chance to meet some locals! We also participated in the annual Awards Night Ceremony where the companies give out awards to outstanding members who help out a lot within the organization. Roman was given the "Firefighter of the Year" award a few years back!

New Years Eve 2010

Roman and I have this wonderful tradition of spending New Year's Eve at Mohegan Sun Casino. We figure what better place to ring in the New Year with than tons of people, great food, and exciting table games. Maybe someday we will win!

Christmas 2009

The holidays flew by so fast our first year of being married!

It was filled with fun memories, especially with all the kids in the family being on the younger side. Watching them get so excited about opening gifts and taken a back by all the family that comes during the holiday season!

Busy Summer of 2009

Summertime for us was very busy! We got some great opportunities to do some local traveling and spend some time with our family. The places we visited were Cape Cod, Vermont, and Odetah Campground. You can tell by our pictures that we had a lot of fun times!
